"AJ's Ski Shop in Stowe was a complicated structure that required solid teamwork from the development team of owner, architect and builder. The program called for the construction of a new post and beam addition of over 3000 square feet, a conventionally built bike garage/workshop, 3500 square feet of 10' high basement warehouse. All of this was to be attached to the existing ski shop. The former bike and snowboard shop was scheduled for demolition when a plan was put into motion by the owner and builder to "recycle" it. The structure was moved to a corner of the lot and converted into a four unit apartment building. The excavation, concrete and parking lot construction was a serious challenge due to municipal water and sewer easements limiting the site. The entire program was performed with the quality of a Custom builder at a Commercial price. The project was completed on time and on budget and is a landmark in Stowe. Tim Meehan and his crew were committed to excellent performance and the results are clearly obvious in this outstanding project. I would recommend Tim being involved in your project."
