About Tim Meehan Builders

Tim Meehan Builders (formerly Northern New England Homes) was established in early 1990 with the goal of providing exceptional construction services to the town of Stowe and neighboring areas.

The early years were focused primarily on small custom modular homes. In the mid-90s, we introduced post and beam construction, recycling old timberframes and antique barns for reuse as homes, art galleries, and car-collectors barns.

Tim Meehan Builders has become a market leader in large, whole house renovation. With services including general contracting, professional project management, and all aspects of residential and commercial  construction, our team of carpenters and skilled craftsmen are passionate about taking our clients' vision and making it reality.

Awards

Over the years, we've garnered many awards for our projects from the Northern Vermont Homebuilders Association.
